In each heart there is an inner knowing
of wisdom and truth.
Each of us is engaged in a wonderful unfolding
of undreamed of potential.
The authentic you is the you that is found
at your absolute core.
The real you.
The you you were born as.
The amazing you where all the beauty lives.
Where all the love comes from.
The you that knows who you truly are.
The you merging with the forest,
the animals and the oceans,
the ancestors and the birds.
The great thing is that
the real you is fine the way it is.
It can never be destroyed
and it never needs fixing or mending or analyzing.
The real you is absolutely intact and always is.
It is the you that existed before and will remain
when lives, pains,
pleasures
and dramas have passed away.
It is the you that requires you to be real.
You already have everything you need
to live in this world as the authentic you.
Your authentic self is what you are.
It is always fully accessible to you.
